1.King Neutral enzyme powder E-B001 for Bio-finishing
Is a super high strength powder cellulase. Based on 5% formulation (liquid or powder) the application dosage is as follow:
Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) : 0.1% – 0.5% owg
Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) : 0.2% – 0.5% owf
2.King Neutral enzyme powder E-B001 for Denim Washing
is a pure concentrated neutral cellulase. It is recommended to formulate it with buffers, anti-back staining agents and filler. Normal dosage in reformulation is ranging from 0.2 % to 1.0 %
Based on 0.5% formulation:
Denim Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders): 0.7% – 2.5% owg
This product should be stored in a cool and dry place below 25 ℃, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight. Exposure of this product to elevated temperature for a long period of time may result in loss of the enzymatic activity.
Wide pH range from pH4.5 to pH8.5
Optimum bio-finishing performance can be achieved with pH 5.0 to 6.0
This product works well at neutral pH, therefore, combining bio-finishing and reactive dyeing in single bath process is possible. Save time and cost.
More thermal-stable compared to liquid cellulase, increase storage stability
Appearance: light yellow powder
Solubility: Soluble in water, up to maximum dilution of 20%
