1. Diluted with water to 1：7 ～1：9 before using, so that the dosage is same to soda ash. Never add the liquior directly into the dyeing bath.
2. The dosage of BG-9 depends on the operation of dyeing system. ordinary dosage is 1-4g/L, before using ,must confirm it in the laboratory first.

1. The new alkali agent BG-9 is a synthetic powder coupling agent, especially suitable for cotton fiber reactive dye dyeing. This product is a new type of energy - saving and emission - reducing product.
2. Excellent dry/wet rubbing fastness, color rate and bright color light can be obtained without the failure of reducing the brightness and poor reproducibility when NaOH is used, not to mention the cylinder difference and color instability of trisodium phosphate.
3. Can be used in various types of dyeing equipment. After the addition of powder substitute alkali, the dye solution can still be in liquid form, making it easy to circulate and reach the dyeing effect.
4. In the dyeing process, the pH value is relatively stable compared with the soda ash, which has a better retarding effect and
uniform dyeing effect.
5. After using the new alkali agent BG-9 , the warehouse area and inventory can be reduced and workers can operate it
conveniently.
6. Easy to wash, easy to remove residual alkali can save post-treatment washing time and save water consumption, no soda spot or agglomeration in the bottom of the cylinder and pipeline caused by pollution concerns.
