1. After oxygen bleaching, drain the working fluid, wash with clean water for 10 minutes, and drain the liquid.
2. Add water and glacial acetic acid, adjust the pH value of the water to 7, raise the temperature to 45 ℃, add deoxygenase HGC, 0.05-0.12g/L (depending on the amount of hydrogen peroxide used during oxygen bleaching). Wash for 15-20 minutes, use titration or test paper to determine if the active oxygen species in the water have been removed. If not, add an appropriate amount of deoxygenase  HGC  to  wash  for  10-15  minutes  based  on  the  on-site  situation,  and  then measure again.
3. After determining the removal of reactive oxygen species, the same cylinder of water can be used for staining.

The deoxygenase HGC is a new type of deoxygenase used in the dyeing and finishing industry. Especially suitable for dyeing pretreatment of knitted fabrics, yarns, etc. It can quickly,  effectively,  and  cleanly  remove  residual  reactive  oxygen  species  in  water, improve the coloring rate, dyeing fastness, and brightness of reactive dyes. At the same time, it saves a lot of water, time, energy, and the cost of wastewater treatment in the subsequent process.
The deoxygenase HGC can be used with various dyes such as reactive, direct, and sulfurized without affecting the effectiveness of the dyes. And deoxygenase itself is also a biodegradable environmental aid.
