3. Comparison of five generations of new alkaline agent E
The first generation: especially suitable for rayon, wool and other fibers, with good brightness, good slow dyeing property, good reproducibility, easy to wash, one time of hot water washing and pickling is omitted compared with the soda ash process, and the wet rubbing fastness is improved by half a grade. Storage stable
The second generation: especially suitable for cotton woven fabrics, suitable for long-term use, with increased softness, and can directly replace alkali agents such as soda ash and caustic soda
The third generation: It can be used for cotton woven fabrics, the number of washings is reduced, and it contributes greatly to environmental protection. It can reduce the COD value and increase the fastness by half a level.
The fourth generation: Dyeing black, blue, and yellow is similar to the color of soda ash, caustic soda, and trisodium phosphate. It has good reproducibility, good level dyeing, no batch difference, easy to wash and remove, and omits one hot water wash than the soda ash process. The fifth generation: it is especially suitable for factories with poor water quality. The red light and yellow light are heavier, and the blue light is slightly worse. The overall depth is better than the fourth generation. It has strong chelating power, good diffusion performance, and is easy to wash.
